Q. What kind of products can be delivered?
A. Our home water delivery service offers a variety of natural water products in a wide range of packages
and sizes to fit your lifestyle. In addition to spring water products, we also offer selections of sparkling
water, mineral water beverages, and coffee products.
Our Pure Savings Plans are delivered to your home on a set monthly delivery day. Once you become a customer,
you'll receive a printed delivery schedule that will tell you exactly when you will receive your upcoming bottled
water deliveries. You can access your up-to-date water delivery schedule online at any time.
Q. Do I need to be at home or at the office for deliveries?
A. Home: You are only required to be home to receive a delivery if we are arriving to set up or pick up a water
cooler at your home. You do not need to be at home to receive regular deliveries, just leave your empty water
bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery
Office: After your very first delivery, you don't have to be at the office to receive subsequent water
deliveries. Just leave your empty water bottles at a pre-arranged location and we will replace them with your new delivery.
Q. Do I need a water cooler or dispenser?
A. By choosing one of our money-saving Pure Savings Plans, you have the option of receiving free use of one of
our premium-quality water coolers for your home. For office use, you have the option of renting or purchasing one
of our dependable water dispensers. Already have a water cooler? No problem, you can continue to use it with our water service.
Don't have room for a water cooler or dispenser? You can choose one of our convenient case plans and receive
On-the-go sizes that are ready for the fridge!
Q. How much space do I need for a water cooler?
A. Not much at all. All you need is a 1' x 1' of floor space for any one of our attractive water
coolers. There's sure to be one that fits with your home or office décor. Our 5 gallon bottles fit all water dispensers.
Q. Why is only one brand available for delivery in my area?
A. Each of our six premium spring water brands are bottled and delivered close to the natural source
so you'll always have the freshest, most refreshing water in your home or office.
Home:
