Is an index-based fuel surcharge that is adjusted monthly. Changes to the surcharge
will be effective the first business day of each month and posted on our website
by the 15th of the month prior to the effective date. The surcharge will be based
on the National U.S. Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Price reported by the U.S. Department
of Energy for the month that is two months prior to the adjustment. For example,
the surcharge for June 2008 is based on the April 2008 National U.S. Average On-Highway
Diesel Fuel Price.
Current Fuel Surcharge:
The Nestlé Waters fuel surcharge for June, 2008 will be $2.72 based on an April, 2008 national average
fuel price of $4.08.

For every $.10 change in the cost of diesel fuel the surcharge will change by $.04 |
Fuel surcharges amounts and thresholds are subject to change without prior notice.
If the Fuel Surcharge rises above $3.08 or there are changes to the thresholds,
the above table will be updated.
